Rajiv harks back to his early years and how every setback he faced has proved to be a stepping-stone to something bigger and successful. It was in 2012, while he was renting a home in Bangalore, he identified that there was no standardized furniture buying experience. He founded Urban Ladder that same year with Ashish Goel and served in an operational leadership role until late 2019.

In his second innings, he is a Partner at Antler, a global VC and start-up generator aiming to enable entrepreneurs to build and scale global businesses.
