When we speak about digital, content is indeed the king. But without engagement, the content remains futile.
In this edition of Founder Thesis, Akshay Datt speaks with Anshuman Singh, Co-founder, Scaler Academy, who is on the mission to create the ‘Online Stanford.’
Anshuman, after his graduation, started working with Facebook as a tech team lead. While recruiting for tech roles in Facebook, he soon realized that the tech education ecosystem in India is broken and fails to equip engineers on what lies ahead. So to prepare techies for job interviews, Anshuman, along with his co-founder Abhimanyu Saxena, started InterviewBit in 2014.
It gave rise to another realization that the issue is not with the availability of jobs but with the shortage an industry faces in terms of capable and talented candidates. With this problem in hand, in 2019, Anshuman started Scaler Academy, an upskilling platform that aims to offer high-quality technical education and deliver excellent outcomes for its students.
Tune in to this episode to hear Anshuman speak about how Scaler Academy is transforming tech education in India and beyond.
